Money Monitor

TD's Money Monitor Service lets you manage your daily cash flow more efficiently and make investment and borrowing decisions more quickly. Money Monitor gives you instant access to your company's current banking information through your office personal computer. It provides:

Money Monitor is available through TD's Business Window Online Services.

What Money Monitor Offers

Consolidated Balance Reporting

Accurately assess your cash position by accessing individual and consolidated balance totals through Money Monitor.

  • information is available for Canadian and U.S. dollar accounts, Canadian dollar loans, term deposits, GICs and foreign currency accounts

  • account information can be grouped to accommodate your company's accounting needs

  • subtotals, totals and consolidated totals can appear on a single report

Transaction Reporting

Monitor your banking transactions through Money Monitor. Current and historical banking information can be obtained for up to 95 business days.

  • print your account statement at any time in the month

  • pre-determine the level of detail you wish to view

  • view your funds transfer activity

  • view your operating loan statement (BCRS) for the previous and current months

  • view your "incoming wire payment" details

Money Market and Foreign Exchange Rates

Access Canadian and U.S. money market information through Money Monitor to facilitate your investment decisions. Rate information and deposit instruments include:

  • Bank of Canada/New York Prime Lending Rate

  • TD's Prime Lending Rate/TD's U.S. Base Rate

  • TD's Overnight Money Market Financing Rate/Federal Funds Overnight Rate

Customer Initiated Transfers

Save time by making transfers to/from your TD accounts through Money Monitor. Customer Initiated Transfers enable you to initiate "real time" transfers from your office.

  • view a summary of all Customer Initiated Transfers made for a selected period

  • since transfers are "real time", you can view the change in your account balance through Money Monitor's consolidated balance reporting feature, or view the transactions through the today's activity feature on Money Monitor

Term Deposit and GIC Information

Not only can you include your term deposits and GICs on your consolidated balance reports, you can also see details for each certificate through the investments summary. These details include balance, interest rate and maturity date.

Micro Access - Provides Total Flexibility

TD has the capability to provide you with data that allows you total flexibility to format your own reports. With this feature, TD "downloads" transactions and balance information from our computer system to your personal computer. The data we provide can be used with your company's other financial information to meet your accounting, forecasting and auditing needs. TD also offers software for use with Micro Access for reconciling cheques posted with the ACCPAC Plus Accounts Payable or Canadian Payroll modules.

Special Reporting

Access custom-designed reports detailing information such as stop payments and returned items. Special reporting is a "real time" feature allowing you to view your report immediately after the TD branch inputs your banking information.

Autodial

Retrieve the reports you want, when you want them. Autodial is an automated process that connects your Personal Computer to TD's Money Monitor system and retrieves the reports you require. The easy-to-use Autodial Scheduler enables you to schedule convenient times to run all of your reports.
