USBBS Wholesale Lockbox will collect and process your receivables according to your instructions, provide you with comprehensive electronic transaction reporting, and forward all backup documentation to you, either by courier, or by U.S. Postal Service if you prefer. We offer multiple site processing across the U.S. to reduce mail and availability float. All of this is available within the framework of your existing TD relationship.

The Lockbox Process

• You direct your customers to send payments to U.S. Post Office Box(es) provided to you by TD

• Mail is collected and delivered to the designated lockbox processing sites

• Payments are processed and any payment information (i.e. payee name, invoice numbers) you require is captured

• Checks are encoded, cleared locally and the total deposit for each lockbox site is automatically credited to your USBBS Checking Account in New York

• The remittance package, containing any physical items that are to be returned to you, is sent to you by courier or U.S. Postal Service

• Payment and deposit details are made available to you daily, indicating the total amount deposited and the availability of funds to assist you in making the best possible use of the balances in your account.
