A convenient way to track and store returned paid cheques
If you have a business chequing account, you will receive printed digital images of the fronts and backs of your paid cheques. The cheque images are printed four to a page as part of your monthly statement.
To ensure information is clearly legible on the image, here are a couple of tips:
- Use only dark blue or black ink when typing or writing cheques
- Do not use inverse printing, italics, slanted fonts when typing cheques
For more information about the cheque standards, visit the CPA website: www.cdnpay.ca
Account Statements
Statement pages, including cheque images, are printed on both sides to save paper and reduce our impact on the environment.
