Template Maintenance - Delete - EFT

This page allows you to delete unneeded Payment Templates.

Deleting Templates

The process to delete templates has 4 steps:

Step 1: Perform a search to find the templates you require; on the Template Maintenance - Find Templates page.

Step 2: Select the Template(s) you wish to delete and click the Delete button. The Delete page will be displayed.

Step 3: Verify that the Templates you wish to delete are displayed.

Step 4: Click the Delete button to delete the Templates.

Result: The selected Templates will be permanently deleted from your company. Payments in Progress will not be updated.

Note: If you don't want to delete the templates, click the Cancel button. When clicked the templates will not be deleted and you will be returned to the Find Templates page.

• You must have the right 'Ability to Maintain Payment Templates' in order to access this page.
