Activity List

Description

The Activity List acts as a company repository of those files sent and/or received within the last 35 calendar days. This page allows you to review the date/time that files were either sent to TD or downloaded by a user. If necessary, you can download a file again. Note: The Activity List does not indicate whether or not the file sent was processed successfully, it records only that TD has received your file. To ensure the file has been processed, refer to the application file acknowledgement if applicable. Only files to which your System Administrator has provided you access will display on your view of the Activity List. Refer to your User Profile for more information on your rights profile.

Filters
The Activity List grid can be filtered in two ways:

  1. By Service - the service dropdown will only include services to which you have rights. You can filter the grid by a specific service or display 'All' assigned services.
  2. By Direction - the send/receive dropdown will filter files by direction. You can filter the grid by either 'Send' (files uploaded to TD), 'Receive' (files downloaded from TD) or display 'Both' directions. By default, both directions will be displayed. This dropdown will only include selections applicable to the files which have been assigned to you.

Activity List Grid
The Activity List grid displays files, which you are entitled to view and/or download.

Send Files are displayed in reverse chronological order of when they were sent (Date/Time Created). Receive Files are displayed in reverse chronological of when they were last received (Date/Time Last Received).
