Output Formats

Description

When a report is generated, the output format determines whether the report must be downloaded to your PC or network drive to view or whether it is viewed via the Balance Reporting Service. The chart below details the formats offered and the reports that can use these formats.

Output Format Description Reports
Report (PDF) The report when generated, in the 'My Reports' page, is displayed immediately in a readable format.

If you would like to save this report, you must do so from the 'Save' functionality of your browser.
Backdate Detail, Consolidated Balance Report, Loan Account Statement, Net Change Summary, Non-Reporting Branches, Paid Cheque Detail, Statement of Account, Transfer Details
Bank Administration Institute (BAI) You will be prompted to select a location on your PC or network drive to download a report in a BAI format. Backdate Detail, Consolidated Balance Report, Loan Account Statement, Paid Cheque Detail, Statement of Account, Transfer Details
