Administration
Description
Administration allows you to do a variety of tasks such as View the Audit Log, and receive communication from TD Bank as well as view and maintain user and company profile information. Further details on these features are below.
Accessing Administration
By default, upon entering Web Business Banking, the Administration page is displayed.
Administration, View User Profile, View Company Profile and View Audit Log are available to all users with a valid Connect ID . Your rights entitlements determine the tasks available on the left-hand navigation bar.
Services Toolbar
Services available in Web Business Banking are displayed. Services to which you have been granted rights are available to be selected. Upon selection, the start page for the service is displayed.
Left Navigation Bar
Displays the tasks specific to the page you are currently viewing.
Communications from TD Bank are posted as ‘News’ items on the Administration Page in reverse chronological order (newest to oldest). The services to which you have been granted access will determine the type of ‘News’ you will receive. For example, a message that is specific to Balance Reporting customers will not be available to you unless your company is registered for Balance Reporting and you have been granted rights to this service.
Regardless of whether or not a message is read, it will be available until deleted by TD Bank.
