Template Maintenance
Description
The Template Maintenance page allows you to maintain frequently used Same Currency and CAD/USD transfers as Templates. Once created, Templates are available on the Create pages to allow for a quick entry of a transfer. A maximum of 100 templates may be created and maintained per user at any one time.
Note: The 100 template limit is shared between Same Currency and CAD/USD Templates.
Each user-defined Template is available to be modified or deleted by selecting the appropriate button in the Action column. As well, you can create new templates by selecting the Create Template or Create CAD/USD Template button.
Accessing Template Maintenance
To access Template Maintenance simply click Template Maintenance from the Payments and Transfers sub-menu.
You must be assigned Payments and Transfers right in order to maintain Templates.
