View Audit Log

Description

The Audit Log is available to any user with a valid Connect ID and password.

Each critical function performed by a user in Web Business Banking creates an entry in the user’s company Audit Log sorted in chronological order (oldest to newest). The Audit Log page lists activities that have transpired within Web Business Banking for each service for the past 120 days.

Access to activity in the Audit Log is specific to the user viewing the page unless the user is a System Administrator. A System Administrator is able to view the entire company’s Audit Log.

Note: If a user is deleted from the service, this user’s activity remains in the Audit Log until the 120-day period has expired.

Filters

To aid in searching for specific data the Audit Log page allows you to filter the data by Service, Activity and Date.

An additional filter, User ID, is available to a System Administrator to help limit the amount of activity to a specific User.

Grid

The Audit Log Grid displays the applicable data for the specified criteria selected. For each entry entered in the Audit Log the following information is provided:

Date/Time - the date and time the activity took place.
Activity - the main function that was performed.
Description - further details of the function.
User ID - identifies the individual that created the activity.
