View Company Profile

The View Company Profile page contains a record of:

Accessing View Company Profile

To access the View Company Profile function simply click View Company Profile from the Administration sub-menu. The View Company Profile page is available to every user. However, only services to which you have been assigned access will be available to be viewed.

Profiles

View Connect ID Profile
The Connect ID Profile lists all of the Connect IDs available to your company to access Web Business Banking. The list also includes the User ID that your company has assigned to each Connect ID. If you are not a System Administrator the Connect ID profile grid will not be displayed.

Service Profiles
Services to which you have been assigned rights are displayed. Account rights are displayed individually in an additional hyperlink along with specific service related rights (For example: Ability to Authorize Transfers for the Payments and Transfers).

Balance Reporting Profile

Deposit Account History
The Deposit Account History is the number of consecutive calendar days that TD Bank maintains account information for each of your registered Deposit accounts. By default, your company has 65 days of history available. However, your company can have the available history increased to 120 calendar days by contacting your TD Relationship Manager.

Operating Loan Account Information will be maintained for both the current and previous month.

Note: Deposit Account History is also referred to as the Maximum History Subscription.

eStatements Profile

eStatement Account History
The eStatement Account History is the number of consecutive years that TD Bank maintains eStatement account information for each of your registered accounts. You can view up to 7 years of eStatements starting from the date your company subscribed to the eStatement Service.

Electronic Funds Transfer Profile

Security
If your company has elected to subscribe to either Authentication or Authorization, the type of security is displayed as well as the level.

File Transfer Profile

There are no Company Preferences specific to File Transfer.

Payments and Transfers Profile

Security
If your company has elected to subscribe to either Authentication or Authorization, the type of security is displayed as well as the level.

Pooled Limit
The Pooled Funds Limit is a daylight credit facility for an amount agreed upon by your company and TD Bank. This field will not be displayed if your company does not have a pooled limit.

Wire Payments Profile

Security
Displays the type and level of security your company subscribes to.

Fixed Format companies have the option of registering for single or dual Authorization or Authentication whereas Free Format companies can only register for single or dual Authentication.

Dual Authentication Limit
Companies registered for Authentication have the option of choosing to invoke dual authentication at a specific payment amount. If the payment amount is less than the limit, the payment/deletion requires only single authentication. If the payment amount is greater than or equal to the limit, the payment requires two authorizers to approve the payment or deletion.

Company Daily Authorization Limit
This limit defines the maximum cumulative daily amount of payments your company can authorize in Canadian dollars. The Authorization Limit defaults to the maximum limit of $999,999,999,999.99 CAD but allows a System Administrator to enter a lower amount.

Company Template Limit
Displays the maximum number of templates that may be maintained on the Wire Payments service.
