Template Maintenance - Modify Details - EFT

This page allows you to modify the details of your Payment Template.

Modifying the Details of a Template

The process to modify the details of templates has 4 steps:

Step 1: Perform a search to find the templates you require; on the Template Maintenance - Find Templates page.

Step 2: Select the Template(s) you wish to modify and click the Modify Details button. The Modify Details page will be displayed with the first selected template displayed.

Step 3: Modify the details of the Template as required.

Step 4: Click the Save & Continue button to save your changes. The next selected template will be displayed; Repeat Step 2.

Tip: If you would like to copy the Template to your Workspace check the Copy Template to Workspace checkbox and enter a Due Date before clicking the Save and Continue button.

Note: When you are modifying the last selected template the Save & Continue button will return you to the Find Templates page.

Note: Changes you make to Templates do not result in Payments in Progress being updated.

Tip: You can return to the Find Templates page at anytime by clicking the Cancel button. When clicked any changes made to the currently displayed template will not be saved.

• You must have the right 'Ability to Maintain Payment Templates' in order to access this page.
